Warranty

Warranty Policy

Warranty support for Parts4Powersports orders starts with the manufacturer terms and a documented claim.

Manufacturer warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty when one applies. Warranty terms, length, exclusions, inspection requirements, and remedies are controlled by the manufacturer.

How to start a claim

  • Email sales@parts4powersports.com with your order number and the part number.
  • Include photos or video showing the issue, the product label, installation area, and any visible damage.
  • Describe when the problem appeared and how the product was used.
  • Do not discard the product or packaging until the claim is resolved.

What warranty usually does not cover

normal wear, racing or competition use, trail impact damage, improper installation, modification, overloading, misuse, accident damage, and damage caused by using a part outside its intended vehicle application

Labor and incidental costs

Unless the manufacturer explicitly approves it in writing, warranty coverage does not include labor, diagnostics, towing, storage, rental, downtime, lost revenue, installation, removal, shipping upgrades, or incidental costs.

Fitment and installation

A wrong part, incorrect fitment, or installation problem is not a warranty defect. Confirm the part number and application before installation.
